You can book your Supreme, Extreme, or Dream party by clicking here. Please email the party manager to book a Field Party package. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book a party.

Our invites are hard copy. Please feel free to stop by the front desk at Milwaukee Yard to pick them up.
Due to the rotation of our parties, all Supreme, Extreme, and Dream Parties must utilize 30 minutes in the playtower, 30 minutes in the inflatables, 30 minutes on the sports field, and 30 minutes in the party room. Any special requests should be discussed with a party manager prior to booking your party to see if there are certain party slots where we would be able to accommodate you. All field parties will be 90 minutes of turf time followed by 30 minutes in the party room.
At this time it is not an option to use the courts and the inflatables. Court parties can spend 90 minutes on the courts or 45 minutes on the courts and 45 minutes on the field. To book a court or field party please contact a party manager to discuss options and availability.
Once booking your party, you will receive a confirmation email from the party manager within 2-3 business days.
All final details need to be in to the party manager the Wednesday before your party.
The party room can comfortably seat 30 children. Parties of 25 children or more are required a 2nd coordinator which is an additional $50 charge. Parties larger than 30 children should contact a party manager to discuss options. Adults are free of charge. Seating is not guaranteed for the adults.
The goodie bags are a blue Milwaukee Yard water bottle stuffed with a blue Milwaukee Yard pencil & bracelet, candy, and stickers.

With the exception of dessert, outside food is not allowed unless approved by the Birthday Party Manager or General Manager. If you choose to bring in outside food, you will be charged a fee of $100. Please click here to see all that we offer!
If you have the Supreme or Extreme package, pizza & drinks are not included. If you wish to add on pizza & drinks, you must add on pizza(s) and drinks for an additional fee.
If you have the Dream package, 3 cheese pizzas and 2 drinks of your choosing are included. The options you can choose from for your drinks are pepsi, pepsi zero, starry, orange crush, lemonade, and fruit punch.

Party parents should arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of their party to get their personal belongings situated. There will be a gift basket for presents and jackets. Once guests arrive and get signed in they will be directed to the first play area by Milwaukee Yard staff. Parents are encouraged to stay with their party and enjoy the day!
Yes! We have water fountains near the activities and recommend guests bring a water bottle.
The party room is only available the last 30 minutes of your party. We cannot start setting up your party until the previous party has ended. Upon arrival please give any decorations to the party manager and they can be sure to set up for you. We recommend decorating lightly as not much time is spent in the party room.
Your balance is due upon the conclusion of your party. At this time, we ask that you review your invoice for any discrepancies. Your $100 deposit will come off of the total balance*

Non-refundable deposit of $100 required for all parties (deposit will be applied towards party total)
Your invoice will be charged a 3% processing fee of your total amount.
Gratuity is an automatic 10% of the total invoice. You’re more than welcome to add an additional tip the day of the party.
If your party has 25 or more kids, a second party coordinator will be assign to the party for an additional $50.
