Facility

We have two large fields downstairs that are roughly 35yds wide by 57yds long. Each can also be divided into two 30x35yd fields. We also have a 31ydx43yd field upstairs that can be split into two 21ydx31yd fields. All of our fields have state-of-the-art rubber infill turf.

We have 12,000sf court area that is lined for 2 regulation basketball courts, 3 regulation volleyball courts, or 6 regulation pickleball courts.

We have a 7,500sf retail clearspan area that is ready for future development. The building located on the freeway with signage facing it, with easy access from the Drexel Ave exit. Tenants would also benefit from the high traffics levels of our facility. Interested?
